The south and south-west are the island’s most varied coast: the salt pans and beaches of the natural park, the beach clubs of Platja d’en Bossa and Cala Jondal, the Phoenician site at Sa Caleta and, at the far end, Cala d’Hort facing Es Vedrà.
Ses Salines
Flamingos on the salt pans and long beaches in the natural park (caib.es).
Cala Jondal
Blue Marlin and Jondal are on the beach.
Unic, in Sant Josep, is one of Ibiza’s three starred restaurants.
Es Vedrà
The islet, 382 metres high, is a reserve: admire it from Cala d’Hort or the Torre des Savinar.
Our advice: lunch at Cala Jondal, sunset at Cala d’Hort.
